Cleanista is a browser extension provided by HappyListing.ai. It helps users identify advertisements that may represent the same physical property on supported Idealista search-results pages.
Data Cleanista processes
When Cleanista is active on a supported Idealista search-results page, it reads listing information already displayed in the user's browser, including titles, prices, bedroom and bathroom counts, reported floor sizes, location wording, descriptions and property image URLs.
Property images are downloaded by the extension only to calculate visual fingerprints locally in the browser. Image files are not sent to HappyListing.ai or TypeSafe AI. For shortlisted comparisons, Cleanista sends compact listing text, numeric facts and derived visual-similarity scores to the HappyListing.ai Cleanista API. HappyListing.ai sends this compact comparison data to TypeSafe AI to evaluate whether advertisements may represent the same property.
Cleanista also processes an opaque installation token, request timestamps, usage counts and technical errors required to operate and secure the service. Cleanista does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, passwords, payment information or browsing activity outside supported Idealista pages.
Purpose and retention
Data is processed to provide duplicate detection, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve accuracy. Comparison request bodies and authorization headers are not intentionally retained in application logs. Installation and aggregate usage records are retained while beta access remains active and for a limited period afterward for security and operational purposes.
Service providers
Compact comparison data is processed by TypeSafe AI as a service provider. Hosting, database and monitoring providers may process limited technical information as necessary to operate the service. Cleanista does not sell personal data.
User choices
Users can disable automatic cleaning, restore grouped advertisements, remove the extension, or request deletion of the beta installation record associated with their access.
